Book a chimney appointment
Tell us what you need, a day and a two-hour window. We call or text back to confirm before anything is locked in.
After you send it
We confirm
We call or text to confirm the day and the two-hour window. Until then, nothing is booked.
On the day
If you ticked the text box, you get a message when the technician is on the way.
At the house
Floors and hearth covered before anything else, then the sweep or the inspection. Nothing left behind.
In writing
You get the findings in writing before anyone quotes a repair. Nothing else is done until you approve it.
Before you book
Is my appointment booked as soon as I send this?
Not yet: this is a request. We call or text to confirm the day and a two-hour window before anything is locked in, and if we cannot make your day, we say so and offer the closest one.
Do I need to be home?
Someone has to let the technician in and be there at the end to hear the findings and approve any extra work. A tenant, a neighbor or a property manager can do it — tell us who in the notes.
What should I do before the technician arrives?
Let the fireplace go cold for at least 24 hours, move anything fragile off the hearth and mantel, and clear a path from the door. We bring the coverings.
Rather talk it through?
Call or text and we will take it down by phone. Peak season here runs September through November, and the good slots go first.
